In view of the objective of the Dutch Government to reduce the use of gas as a fuel as much as possible and replace it by alternative and sustainable energy SVP intents to realize a new 16 Mw Biomass Heat Plant to reduce the use of gas as a fuel as much as possible and in favour of sustainable heat generation for the benefit of the municipality of Purmerend. The scope of the intended contract may include engineering, procurement, manufacturing and installation. The scope of the works, the technical - and the legal conditions will be specified in the specific Tender. The basis of contract will be FIDIC Yellow Book (First Edition 1999).
